In her first-person published account, Michelle T. says that she and her husband were descending Barr Trail when both noticed a large shadowy figure moving near railway tracks on the other side of a creek. She states the figure was not visible when they looked back. She describes cold, snowy conditions and a later photograph of the area that does not show the figure.
This record preserves what a traceable firsthand witness reports. It does not establish a Sasquatch species or validate the cause of the report.
Reported interpretation: The report describes an anomalous distant silhouette. The identity and physical size of the figure have not been verified; neither disappearing from view nor an inaccessible position establishes extraordinary behavior.
Conventional alternatives and missing evidence: A distant person, animal, poor contrast, winter weather or terrain occlusion cannot be excluded from the report alone. The referenced selfie does not capture the figure.
Co-witness assessment: Husband reportedly observed the same figure; no independent statement from him reviewed, so corroboration is not independently established.
