What this document supplies

Michelle T. reports briefly observing a large distant figure across a creek and railway track while hiking in winter. Her husband is said to have seen it as well, but no separate statement was examined.

A distant person, animal, poor contrast, winter weather or terrain occlusion cannot be excluded from the report alone. The referenced selfie does not capture the figure.

Evidence boundary

The existence of a written original testimony is verifiable; its asserted biological or extraordinary explanation is not independently confirmed by this media record.
